How to book a place at Ski Launch 2025 (Tuesday 9th September)

Step 1.  Have a look through the sections about the event to help decide if you would like to attend. Dates, timings and format are all there.

Step 2. Decide which is the best option for you as  there are three to choose from:

Morning session only:

Starts 08.30 with networking breakfast and finishes at  approx 12.15, (just before the aperitif). Includes welcome coffee/tea and pastries as well as mid morning coffee/tea and snacks.

Press Lunch only:

Starts 12.30 with networking aperitif and includes three course meal with wines, water and coffee. To ensure unrivalled networking the tour operators/PRs and suppliers change tables to a unique plan after each course, giving a completely new set of contacts with each course.

Full Day

A combination of the two options above.
